Launched in early 2000, Cordon Bleu Deli Products (Wine) has established itself in a highly competitive market as an Importer/Distributor of quality Australian South African and New Zealand Boutique Wines. Sourcing award winning Boutique labels direct from the producers, Cordon Bleu has held firm in its commitment to supply a wide range of high quality, good value wines, across a wide demographic spectrum.

Having developed an interest in the exciting wines produced by Boutique wineries during her marketing visits to Australia, Luz Carroll identified a niche in the rapidly developing Philippine wine market. From humble beginnings as a one woman band in 2000, Cordon Bleu Deli Products now employs a staff of ten and distributes wines from Metro Manila to La Union and the famous Resort islands of the Visayas.


The range of wines has been developed to satisfy demands from all levels of the marketplace, from high volume table wines for the supermarket trade, through to the five star hotels and the exclusive fine-dining restaurants of Makati.

A commitment to service and continuity of supply is uppermost in the companys business strategy, the results of this are reflected in the rapid growth of the company and the broad level of market penetration.

The company has recently relocated to larger offices in Makati C. B. D. The premises will serve as the management hub and will include a temperature controlled storage facility, in keeping with the focus to deliver wines in pristine condition, every time.
